WOH HUP: BUILD MANILA

THE PROJECT: A Team Building Program for the employees of  Woh Hup (Private) Limited

 

For their third and final year, Woh Hup (Private) Limited (WH) sent 240 employees to the outskirts of Manila to work on an ongoing slum conversion project with Gawad Kalinga – in GK Jose Rizal Village Calamba, Laguna. 

 

THE CLIENT: The Chain Reaction Project (TRCP) is an organization based in Singapore, composed of Four Women with one goal: to be catalysts for change. Today, TCRP seeks to inspire others to take on physical challenges while being catalysts for change in those parts of the world that need it most.

 

 

SERVICES WE PROVIDED: 

• Arranged hotel bookings and travel arrangements in Manila for the 240 delegates from Singapore. Transportation and mobility arrangements from the airport - Hotel and Hotel - GK - Hotel

• Liaison work with Gawad Kalinga for their CSR event logistic needs 

• Staged a welcome cultural dinner for the delegates at the hotel

• Staged a farewell dinner for the delegates at the hotel

• Booked mural artists and entertainers for their event

• Conducted ocular inspections to prepare the venues (GK and Hotel) 

• Conducted site visits and tours for all their participants
